When not in combat, your weapon should be made safe. Do so by:
Run Away Guns:
A run away gun is a automatic weapon that continues to fire after the trigger is released. If this happens, immediately take these steps:
Any player who fires off a round in a safe zone will sit out for a maximum of 30 minutes. We don't care if it was an accident or you did it intentionally to test to see if your gun was working. Take it out to the field and find out.
Civilian On Battlefield (COB):

Do no grab another player while attempting to get a melee kill- one, you could scare the hell out of them- two, a fight could occur as a result of you grabbing them.
Medic Rules
Surrenders
If you find yourself within 20 feet of an enemy player, You may ORDER them to surrender. Order them to surrender and to put down their weapon and/or put their hands up over their heads. If they comply, they are now considered HIT.
If they refuse, or prepare to shoot you- TAKE ‘EM OUT. Shoot them before they get the chance to shoot you, and they’ll be considered HIT. Do NOT spray anyone within 20 feet of you. 2-3 well placed shots is enough to confirm they are hit.

Weapons Safety
Although they aren't considered firearms, how many of you know that in the state of Georgia, airsoft guns are considered weapons? For these reasons, we treat airsoft guns as if they were actual firearms. DO NOT play around with your airsoft gun. We will kick you off the field if you do, we are very strict on weapons safety here.
When not in combat, your weapon should be made safe. Do so by:
- Ensuring the weapons Fire Selector is set to SAFE.
- Remove the magazine from the weapon.
- Remove any chambered round by safely firing the airsoft gun into the air, (or cocking the weapon/activating the forward assist (certain models of guns only). This should be done regardless on whether or not you believe there is a chambered round.
- Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot, even if you are in combat.
- Keep control of where you weapon is pointed. Your weapon should be pointed at the ground when not in combat. When in combat- if a non-target crosses in front of you (fellow teammate, innocent civilian…), lower your weapons barrel to the ground.
- DO NOT SHOOT OVER THE HOUSE, OR AT ANY OF THE NEAR BY HOUSES!! If caught you will sit out for 30 minutes
Run Away Guns:
A run away gun is a automatic weapon that continues to fire after the trigger is released. If this happens, immediately take these steps:
- Keep the weapon pointed in a safe direction.
- Attempt to remove the magazine or let it continue to fire until empty.
- Attempt to break the connection between the weapon and its power source (battery/gas line)
- Do not use the weapon again for play until the problem has been fixed. Choosing to continue to use a weapons when you are aware it has the risk of becoming a run away gun will result in you being immediately banned because you are intentionally putting players at risk.
Any player who fires off a round in a safe zone will sit out for a maximum of 30 minutes. We don't care if it was an accident or you did it intentionally to test to see if your gun was working. Take it out to the field and find out.
Civilian On Battlefield (COB):
- In both airsoft, and in actual combat, there is always that risk of a civilian stumbling into a combat area.
- Should you find civilians in your area- You are to yell for ALL players to "Cease Fire", and that civilians are in the area.
- You should also radio in to all other players and game marshals reporting this. A game marshal will deal with the civilians in the area by explaining to them what exactly is happening and what danger they are in.
- Should you find that there isn't a game marshal near you, we ask that players who are 18 year of age or older warn the civilians in a respectful manner that they are in the middle of a military simulation game and run the risk of being injured.
- Players who accidentally fire at a non-combatant (Game Marshal, Photographer, Civilian...) will sit out for 15 minutes. Check your targets before you engage them.
- Players who are shot directly anywhere on their body- including their clothing and gear they are wearing, are considered HIT. HIT players must loudly yell "HIT!“, and have their dead rag clearly visible. If you do not have a dead rag, either hold your hand or weapon into the air. Having a dead rag reduces the chances of you being shot again while waiting to respawn.
- HIT Players are considered Dead or Wounded, and can no longer engage in combat until they are healed by a “medic“ or have returned to a respawn point.
- Gun Hits, and Ricochets DO NOT count as HITS. If you receive a gun hit, yell GUN HIT so that other players know that you aren't cheating if they thought they hit you.
- If an enemy player shoots you right after he has been killed, we ask that you still consider yourself hit. This is in case another enemy player happened to be shooting at you at the same time as the other. Besides, we have plenty of refs here, if we see that you clearly don’t deserve to be considered hit- we’ll tell you if you can keep playing.
- If you are shot by your own teammate accidentally, oh well, you’re dead buddy. You are considered HIT. Any player who accidentally kills more than 3 teammates are labeled as a team killer and will have to sit out for 30 minutes
- HIT PLAYERS KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. NO GIVING OUT TACTICAL INFO OR YOU’LL HAVE TO SIT OUT FOR 45 MINUTES.
- You stand the chance of being overshot. This could happen when a enemy player ambushes you when you are with a large group, or if they cant see or hear you yelling that you are HIT. So, make sure you sound off like you got a pair and yell out "HIT" as loud as you can.
- If you are HIT, and you are caught in the middle of a fire fight- GET OUT OF THE WAY OR GET FLAT ON THE GROUND! Don’t just stand there and get mad at someone for shooting you accidentally when they are trying to kill the guy behind you. Again, lay down, or move 5-10 feet out of the way. This does not mean you are back into the fight- stay honorable and respawn properly.
- During respawn games, HIT players simply have to return to their teams respawn point, and they will immediately be allowed back into the fight.
Any player who is attacked with a plastic or rubber training knife, battle axe or sword; via direct contact with a enemy player are considered HIT. When using plastic knives and swords, slash, do not stab. Plastic melee weapons do not flex like rubber ones do. Stabbing someone could hurt them.
Do no grab another player while attempting to get a melee kill- one, you could scare the hell out of them- two, a fight could occur as a result of you grabbing them.
Medic Rules
- During games in which medics are used, HIT players can only be return to combat after being healed by a medic. To begin the healing process, your team medic must place one hand on you for the amount of time setup for that particular game (30 or 60 seconds). You can only rejoin the fight when the medic tells you you‘re healed.
- Medics can only heal ONE player at a time and cannot heal while moving or shooting.
- If you haven’t been healed within 5 minutes of being hit, yell out “DEAD MAN WALKING” and regroup with the nearest teammate. Yell “BACK IN” and you may immediately return to combat
- Players posing as Medics and who are HIT cannot heal themselves, they can only be healed by another medic, or they must walk for 50 steps away from the combat zone until they are allowed back in combat
- Teammates who are not medics may only “drag” you to a near by medic, they themselves cannot heal you.“Dragging”: Moving a wounded player by placing 1 hands on them and running with them to safety or to a nearby medic.
Cheaters
- Call your hits…. If we have more than 3 reports of you cheating in a single day, you will be banned permanently. We don’t have time for cheaters. You also stand the chance of being banned from our Friends at Camp Creek Woodlands
- Players, if you suspect some one is cheating, tell a game marshal (referee). He will deal with that player, but you both will have to sit out for a maximum of 30 minutes. This is to prevent players from abusing this power.
- Players, we ask that you do not yell out to suspected cheaters and tell them to call their hits- this could result in an argument and/fight. Simply ask "ARE YOU HIT?" if they say no, keep shooting at them, or tell NQA Staff.
- Playing Opossum: Do NOT pretend you are hit when you are not! If you have your dead rag out, or your hands or gun in the air when you confronted by a player, you are considered hit. You are NOT allowed to simply walk up to your enemy, and suddenly kill them by shooting them or knife killing them. Players may mistake you for a dead player walking.
